What kind of food does Carpe Diem Restaurant serve?
Carpe Diem is a Mediterranean beachfront restaurant on Bang Tao Beach with an Italian heart: mezze, tapas and stuzzichini to share, wood-fired pizza with gluten-free dough on request, fresh pasta and risotto, grilled seafood and meats, a Japanese corner with sushi, sashimi and maki, and desserts inspired by the Mediterranean coast. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Kiattisak “Aek” Yeechun, and the full food menu is published in English, Russian and Chinese. Lunch starts at 12 PM and dinner is served by the sea every evening, with sunset views over the Andaman Sea.

How much does a table cost and do I need a deposit?
A main dining table needs no deposit. A seafront dining table costs THB 1,000 per guest until 31 October 2026 and THB 2,000 per guest from 1 November 2026; the full amount is a food and beverage credit, payable on arrival. The minimum age in the restaurant is 12.
